Kwotam is a Telegram-based print quoting platform built exclusively for Nigeria's printing industry. It helps printers, designers, and suppliers generate accurate, professional quotations in under 60 seconds — calibrated to real Nigerian market rates across all 36 states and the FCT. Beyond quoting, it provides a verified nationwide database of industry professionals and a platform to connect with colleagues.

Click "Start" within the Kwotam bot on Telegram to begin registration. You'll complete a profile form that includes your referrer's tag, full name, email, state, phone, business name and type, and portfolio link. You must be referred by an existing member to be considered for membership.

Kwotam is strictly for verified active industry professionals — printers, designers, suppliers, and other service providers we'll be adding over time. You cannot invite clients or friends outside the listed industries. Members must be actively operating in the Nigerian print industry.

Your referrer confirms your invite and your profile is reviewed by our team. Once approved, you'll receive 100 trial tokens and can immediately start generating quotes, searching for service providers, and accessing all platform features.

Tokens are Kwotam's platform currency. You use them to generate quotes (1–5 tokens per quote depending on complexity), post promotional content to the community channel (10–100 tokens depending on content type and time of day), and access other premium features.

Tokens are ₦10 each. You can purchase: 50 tokens (₦500), 100 tokens (₦1,000), 500 tokens (₦5,000), 1,000 tokens (₦10,000), 5,000 tokens (₦50,000), 10,000 tokens (₦100,000), or larger custom amounts. Payment is via bank transfer to our UBA account.

There are currently 3 roles for the printing industry: Printer — for verified printers with a physical press/office or an established online track record in delivering print services; Designer — for graphics and print designers; and Supplier — for vendors supplying print materials, consumables, and equipment.

Monthly subscription: ₦10,000 (30 days). Annual subscription: ₦100,000 (365 days). Subscriptions give you unlimited quote generation within the specified period. Your subscription auto-expires at the end of the period.

Yes. You can share up to 100 tokens daily with other users using the /share command. This is useful for supporting colleagues, teammates, or new users exploring the platform.

Use product-specific commands like /business_cards, /letterheads, /banners, or /books. The bot guides you through selecting specifications — quantity, paper type, size, finishing, and more — then generates an instant, formatted quote in under 60 seconds.

Quotes are highly accurate estimates based on real-time Nigerian market rates for materials and labour, calibrated per state. They're excellent for client billing and budgeting. For highly complex or unusual print jobs, confirm final costs with your production team.

We support 32 products across all major categories: stationery (business cards, letterheads, envelopes), marketing materials (flyers, banners, posters), books and publications, packaging (boxes, bags, cartons), branded items (t-shirts, face caps, pens), and design services. Coverage expands regularly.

Simple products (business cards, stickers, letterheads): 1 token. Medium complexity products (books, calendars, notepads): 2–5 tokens. Design quotes: 1 token. Members with active subscriptions generate quotes for free. If you run out, top up anytime with the /buy command.

Yes. All your quotes remain in your chat history with the bot. You can scroll back anytime to review previous quotes and their specifications.

Choose the closest available alternative to get a baseline price. Our database covers the most common materials in the Nigerian market and is updated regularly. Contact support to request specific materials or products be added.

Use /buy, select what you want to purchase, and you'll receive our bank details. Transfer the exact amount with your tag as the payment remark and our team will confirm and credit your account within a few hours.

Every transaction is logged. If your balance doesn't update within a few minutes during working hours, reply to any bot message to contact our team. We'll verify your payment and update your account immediately.

Yes. Use /my_transactions to view your complete transaction summary — including token purchases, subscriptions, quote spending, and token sharing. It shows a history of your last 10 transactions.

Use /my_balance to see your current token balance, role status, subscription expiry date (if applicable), and account information.

The Kwotam Telegram channel is the community hub where members share industry updates, showcase their work, find collaborators, and stay visible to potential clients and partners. It's where the real networking happens.

Text posts: 10 tokens (peak hours: 15–40 tokens). Link posts: 20 tokens (peak: 30–80 tokens). Image posts: 40 tokens (peak: 60–120 tokens). Video posts: 100 tokens (peak: 150–400 tokens). Peak hours are 5 AM–11 PM when channel engagement is highest.

Yes. Searching the channel for service providers is completely free for all members. No tokens are required.

To maintain a professional community, Kwotam tracks suspicious behaviour such as rapid spam-clicking or attempts to bypass security. Accumulating 10 strikes results in a temporary ban. Maintain normal, professional usage and you'll never encounter this.

Yes. We only store essential profile information — name, state, email, phone, business details, and portfolio link — needed for vetting and platform functionality. We never share your personal information with third parties.

If the bot becomes unresponsive, type /start to refresh your session. This clears temporary data and reconnects you. If issues persist, reply to any bot message to contact our team.

Reply to any bot message to reach our team for account issues, payment confirmations, or technical problems. For feature requests or bug reports, describe the issue clearly and we'll respond within 24 hours. Note that you can only send another message after we've responded to the previous one, or after 48 hours.
