The Service is operated by a CAC-registered business entity with over a decade of operational experience in Nigeria's printing industry, and is provided exclusively to verified professionals in the Nigerian print industry.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
Kwotam is exclusively available to verified printing industry professionals, including but not limited to: printers, graphic designers, print suppliers, finishing service providers, plate makers, paper merchants, and related service providers actively operating in Nigeria.
Access to Kwotam requires a valid referral from an existing verified member. By providing a referrer's tag during registration, you confirm that you have been legitimately referred by a current member in good standing.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including:
All new registrations are subject to manual review and verification. We reserve the right to reject any application that does not meet our eligibility criteria or fails to demonstrate legitimate industry involvement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Kwotam provides an automated quotation engine that generates cost estimates for various printing products based on current Nigerian market rates, material costs, and industry-standard labour calculations.
All quotes generated are estimates for planning and budgeting purposes only. Final pricing is subject to individual printer or supplier discretion, actual material availability, job complexity, market fluctuations, and production method variations.
While we strive to maintain accurate market rates and calculation logic, we do not guarantee that quotes will match final production costs. Users acknowledge that paper, ink, and plate prices in Nigeria are volatile; rates are updated regularly but may not reflect real-time changes; regional price variations exist across Nigerian states; and supplier pricing strategies vary.
Kwotam provides access to a database of verified industry professionals. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality of work, reliability, or business practices of listed service providers.
Members may post promotional content to Kwotam channels subject to token costs and community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our standards or these terms.
Kwotam operates on a token-based credit system. Tokens are the internal currency used to access premium features including quote generation, channel promotional posts, and other features as introduced.
Token pricing and available packages are displayed within the Service at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Subscription plans provide unlimited quote generation for the specified period. Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the term and do not auto-renew. Current subscription options and pricing are displayed within the Service.
Payments are processed via our integrated payment gateway. Instructions and available payment methods are provided within the Service at checkout.
Token credits are typically processed automatically upon payment confirmation. In the event of delays, our support team will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
All token purchases and subscriptions are final and non-refundable once successfully credited to your account. Purchased tokens do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.
If a payment is made but tokens are not credited due to technical issues, our support team will investigate and resolve the matter. Users must provide valid payment proof for investigation.
Users may share tokens with other registered users using the /share command. Shared tokens are deducted from the sender's balance and added to the recipient's balance. Token sharing is irreversible.
You agree to use Kwotam solely for legitimate professional purposes within the Nigerian printing industry.
To maintain service quality and community standards, we implement a Strike system. Strikes are issued for system abuse, spam, or violations of these terms. Suspicious behaviour including rapid spam-clicking is automatically detected. Accumulating strikes beyond the permitted threshold results in temporary or permanent suspension. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent ban.
Banned users forfeit all remaining tokens and subscriptions without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour detrimental to the community.
The Kwotam quotation engine, calculation algorithms, database structures, user interface, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of the Service operator.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal professional purposes in accordance with these terms.
Quotes generated by the Service are provided for your use. However, the underlying logic and methodology remain our proprietary property.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We shall not be held liable for inaccuracies in quotes or estimates, business losses arising from use of generated quotes, printing errors in jobs based on our estimates, material price fluctuations affecting final costs, or disputes between users and their clients or service providers.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service operator, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, your posting of content to the channel, or any disputes between you and other users.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Lagos State or Rivers State, Nigeria.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through our support channels.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service operator regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
